Fobelt Brewing Company opened in Santa Rosa at the beginning of 2014 as a destination for craft beer enthusiasts. Since then, we have opened off-site production and a beer garden in Healdsburg.
Our vision is to create an inviting taproom and beer garden experience serving creative pub favorites that pair with a diverse menu of beers. Our food and beer are both made from scratch by people who are passionate about their craft. We partner with local farmers and craftspeople and celebrate our collaborations.
Our beers focus on hop-driven IPA, but we also offer diverse styles, from lagers to barrel-aged beers. We have been focused on Sonoma County but will reach beyond our backyard with distribution and marketing going forward.
