Dry Creek Kitchen’s focuses on Chef Charlie Palmer’s signature progressive American cooking highlighting the best of Sonoma County ingredients with an ever-changing menu of homegrown, seasonal delights. Incredible products from local purveyors such as Sonoma Lamb and Liberty Duck, plus numerous artisan cheeses from Redwood Hills and Cowgirl Creamery, among others, are the keys to the restaurant’s success. Dry Creek Kitchen’s wine program reflects the diversity of Sonoma County – from the legendary Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast to the powerful Cabernet Sauvignon from Alexander Valley and the storied Zinfandels of Dry Creek. With more than 500 selections, the list includes both sought-after wines from classic producers as well as lesser-known wines from up-and-coming winemakers, unusual varieties and emerging appellations.
