This old, faded marquee for the Hotel Oliver in Santa Rosa still sits outside the building. This former hotel was built in 1910 in a Mission Revival theme. The Hotel Oliver is now known as the Jacobs building and stands in the heart of Santa Rosa’s Historic Railroad District. The building is now home to retail, office space and all new “19TEN Bar & Provisions” restaurant. Previously, known as Jack & Tony’s Whiskey Bar and Capri’s Italian Restaurant, this historic building has been restored to preserve the iconic brick façade, 16 ft ceilings and its characteristic mezzanine level for dining and more. Our newest edition to the Kin Restaurant Group is our most exciting yet.
