L’Oro Di Napoli is a vibrant new restaurant serving up authentic Neapolitan cuisine in downtown Santa Rosa. Chef Domenico De Angelis comes from Naples, the birthplace of pizza. Domenico’s culinary journey began working with his family, then taking him to Milan, Spain, London, and finally California. After opening restaurants for other owners, Domenico decided to fulfill his dream of opening his own pizzeria. Within a few months in California he met his business partner Roberto Sbaraglia, a Roman restaurateur with the same passion for sharing his culture through food. Together they decided to combine their experience and knowledge and create a place that highlights all of the best aspects of Neapolitan culture, history and cuisine, thus taking the name L’Oro di Napoli (The Gold of Naples).
