Inca’s Peruvian Cuisine is a small family run and owned Latin American restaurant located in the city of Sebastopol Ca. We focus on the different regions of Peruvian Cuisine, the magnificent types of plates, flavor, ingredients, and of course the passion and effort we put in each one of our plates. Therefore Inca’s Peruvian Cuisine is one of the most outstanding restaurants in Sonoma County, and rated almost Five stars by our community in the social media platforms. First Course:
Choose One;. VEGGIE EMPANADAS. (Two Veggie Empanadas filled with Sautéed Mushrooms, Yellow Squash, Carrots, Broccoli, Parmesan Cheese, Heavy Cream. Served with Red Pickled Onions, and Peruvian Mint Sauce (Huacatay)). - OR - CAUSA SANTA ROSA. (Peruvian Beets Salad with Aji Rocoto, Aji Limo, Ginger, Celery, Carrots , Cilantro, Ginger, with a Aji Amarillo Infused Golden Yukon Potato Cake. Topped with Avocado and Turmeric Feta Cheese Garlic Sauce. - OR - MANGO HABANERO CEVICHE. ( Aji Amarillo Habanero Mango Pure Sauce, Lime Juice, Sea Salt, Cilantro, Red onions, Fresh Mango, and Shrimp).

Second Course:
Choose One;. PESCADO ALA MACHO. ( Pan fried Rock Fish fillet, Shrimp, Scollops, Clams, Black mussels, Calamari, in a Sofrito Tomato sauce, Green onions, Cilantro, and served with a side of white jasmine rice). - OR - PASTA ALA HUANCAINA. (Wok fried Tenderloin steak or Chicken in a Balsamic Soy sauce with Red onions, Cilantro, Tomatoes. Served with Fettuccine pasta in a Creamy Aji Amarillo, Feta Cheese Garlic sauce. Topped with Parmesan Cheese). - OR - ARROZ CON POLLO. (Whole stew Quater Chicken Leg, with Green Cilantro Rice, mix with Carrots, Green Peas, Red Bell Peppers, and Red Pickled Onions on top. Served with a side of Papa Ala Huancaina - (Golden Yukon Potato with Turmeric feta Cheese Sauce).
